**Responsabilities**
- Plan and dispatch Pick-up and delivery into GTA and southern Ontario.
- Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
- Maintain effective coordination between the client, supplier and drivers.
- Keep track of dispatched calls, drivers’ route and delivery and pickup schedules.
- Ensure that drives have necessary documents and permits they’ll need to complete trips.
- Act as a resource for drivers and customers.
- Ability to plan and maximize route.

**Requested skills**
- A high school diploma
- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of regulations in the transport of goods
- Knowledge of geography
- Experience in Toronto dispatch a must.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Resistance to stress.
- Bilingual an asset.
- Day shift
