**Business Development Manager — Metrotown Floors + Interiors**

Metrotown Floors + Interiors is a trusted name in the flooring and cabinetry industry, serving the Lower Mainland for over 20 years. We specialize in delivering high-quality products and services to restoration companies, property managers, and the broader construction industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional **Business Development Manager** to join our team.

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated and connected individual to make a real impact — expanding our reach, deepening relationships, and driving new business across our key markets.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow our client base in **restoration, property management, and construction sectors**.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your industry connections.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts.
- Represent Metrotown Floors at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to project completion.
- Provide market insights and feedback to guide product and service innovation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven success in business development or sales within the **restoration, property management, or construction industries**.
- Existing network of contacts in one or more of these sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
- Understanding of the construction process and familiarity with flooring/cabinetry (an asset).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
