Do you consider yourself an outgoing and detail oriented person who loves providing great customer service? We want to hear from you We're looking to add a part time Rental Agent to our Rental Team.

**What will your average day look like as a Rental Agent?**
- Providing tours to prospective tenants, highlighting our apartments and amenities, and answering questions about our community.
- Inspecting apartments for damage and repairs upon tenant move in and out.
- Working with our current tenants to tend to their comments and concerns. This includes taking work order requests, arranging appointments for contractors and technicians etc.
- Accepting, entering and tracking rental and parking payments.
- General office duties and clerical work such a filing, photocopying, organizing etc.
- Fostering a positive working relationship between all tenants and our building staff.
- Ensuring all work is done in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Superior customer service skills and creative problem solving skills.
- The ability to multi task while keeping attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and on your feet.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and efficiently independently.
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English, written and verbal. Other spoken languages an asset.
- Must have the ability to use a computer, and basic software programs such as Microsoft Office. Training on site specific software and portals will be given.
- Some knowledge of the Landlord Tenancy Act is an asset
- Experience as a Rental Agent or Consultant is an asset as well, but not required.
- Must be able to provide work references and a clear criminal records check.

At this time, the position will require approximately 32 hours per week (4 shifts including Saturday's) and is part time.

Hours:
3 days per week from 10am to 6pm

Saturdays from 11am to 6pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From $17.06 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
