**About the Role**

Service Administrator
Full-time

Mississauga, ON

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and administering preventative maintenance as well as arranging for unforeseen repairs for equipment under the Dedicated and Commerce divisions.

The shift schedule for this position is typically Monday to Friday, daytime hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

**How you’ll help**:

- Administers and coordinates preventative maintenance for all assigned equipment, working with approved vendors for the greatest efficiency.
- Assists with the handling of non-scheduled and unexpected breakdowns with the goals to keep equipment operating as much as possible.
- Issues Purchase Orders to vendors for repairs and services
- Process Invoices in the Fleet Software Program
- Establishes and maintains unit files in compliance with Ministry Guidelines
- Works closely with Dedicated Operations and Commerce to ensure Fleet is available when required.
- Managing out of service log
- Managing fleet master list
- Other related duties as may be required.

**Your skills & experience**:

- Minimum of secondary education; preferably post-secondary education or training in mechanical or tractor trailer maintenance and repair.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in mechanical or tractor trailer maintenance and repair, preferably in the transportation industry.
- A suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of maintenance and repair requirements, including the impact on business needs.
- Computer skills, including the use of MS Office products, AS400, and web based programs; accuracy in data entry
- Organized with strong attention to detail and record keeping skills.
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Results focused
