National Sales Manager

Based out of our Canadian Head Office in Vaughan, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating a culture of motivation, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing support to ensure the team exceeds sales targets. Utilize your leadership skills to instill a sense of purpose and drive, encouraging individual and collective success through coaching, recognition, and effective communication.
- **Total Compensation - Up to $202,000 based on experience, inclusive of commissions earned. Commissions are not capped.**_
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Team Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics per individual sales team member and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Ride along, coach and mentor sales professionals in various techniques to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provide in-field and administrative leadership, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and address concerns.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Support staff growth through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and assess staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM compliance and reporting behaviours.
**Client Engagement**:
- Develop and execute strategies to encourage prospect engagement and lead generation.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure sales and operational strategies align with business objectives.
- Collaborate on initiatives that promote a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
**Experience**:
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in any industry, demonstrating sales team success and leadership skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a service industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
**Education**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- MBA would be an asset
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and maximize outcomes.
- Implement improvements to enhance both operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify service improvement and growth opportunities.
**Additional Requirements**:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for travel within the Greater Toronto Area.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
