We currently have a need for a part-time **Operations Specialist** for our Calgary, AB office and warehouse. Ideally, you will be a former ‘operations’ trained employee who will be able to lend a hand organizing our warehouse and activity pertaining to, but not limited to, document processes and procedures in our warehouse and office.
- Provide operational readiness support to our operations (office, warehouse, field).
- Document processes and procedures.
- Introduce industry best practices into our operations.
- Directly participate in changes to our processes and measure improvement.
- Possess a class 5 driver’s license
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or operations (preferably in a mid to large company).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift, move, carry and handle parts up to 50 lbs (infrequently).
- Forklift experience (prefer currently certified).
- Sound knowledge and experience with a computer and business software
