We have an immediate opening for a full-time **Parts Specialist** located in **Calgary, Alberta**. This position is responsible for managing customer parts requirements for drill rigs and off highway vehicles by strengthening customer relationships.

Reporting directly to the Customer Support Supervisor, this self-starter should have the following requirements and meet the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and strengthen existing and potential customer relations, with emphasis on long-term relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and completely, to ensure price and delivery quotations as well as parts orders arrive to the customer when needed
- Follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Parts Specialists in a team environment and share their knowledge freely in order to maintain the highest degree of customer service
- Expedite customer backlog
- Provide after-hours parts service, as needed (scheduled)
- Track and follow-up on lost sales
- Additional requirements as directed by Customer Support Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Parts Sales experience considered an asset.
- Heavy duty equipment experience would be considered an asset.
- Parts Technician certificate is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting considered an asset.
- Strong customer service background, particularly in parts, and mechanics.
- Desire to learn and grow within an organization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Industrial Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Parts Sales/Parts Technician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
