We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another customer service parts specialist. This customer service role will focus on the more technical side of the equipment. This is a full-time position that will be partially remote, with the flexibility needed to come pitch in with parts packing or assessing prototypes. This might require occasional weekend coverage. One can expect to spent at least half their time working in person. This is a highly independent role with little supervision once you’re in the swing of things. Problem solving and self-starting are a must.
