**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy in tax filings.
- Conduct analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Assist clients with budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Provide guidance on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations that may impact clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and explain complex tax concepts.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Tax Professional or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and clearly.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
