Technical Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored automation remote monitoring solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
- Provide knowledgeable customer support and assist clients with troubleshooting or system improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications with existing and prospective customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience or familiarity with SCADA systems, remote monitoring, industrial automation, or instrumentation (strongly preferred).
- Background in the oil and gas sector is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in electrical, instrumentation, wireless communications, or automation fields.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
