We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead our HR functions and support continued organizational growth.

**Position Summary**

Reporting directly to the General Manager and senior leadership, the **Human Resources Manager** will oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits, training, and policy implementation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, suitable for a self-driven HR professional passionate about building strong teams and sustainable HR systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes
- Interpret and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and provincial labor laws (WSIB, ESA, OHS)
- Act as a key advisor to management on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance tracking systems
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality
- Support health & safety initiatives and return-to-work programs in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate HRIS updates and lead tech upgrades and digital transformation of HR systems
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (Ontario/Quebec/Alberta preferred)
- Hands-on experience with WSIB, OHS, and employee performance processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach, persuade, and influence effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and HRIS systems
- HR designation (CHRP or CHRL) is an asset
- Bilingual (Mandarin or French) is a plus, especially for multi-location coordination
- Able to travel occasionally across sites (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton)

**Schedule**
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel or extended hours based on operational needs

**How to Apply**

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
