**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Facilitate hotel bookings, changes and cancellations.
- Review reservation accuracy across online platforms and the PMS.
- Manage and control inventory for group and transient across all channels to increase market share.
- Work closely with Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest service delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales and Events teams to ensure seamless processing of group reservations and success for meeting planners.
- Work directly with accounting to finalize group/transient billings and commissions.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with the Sales and Events team.
- Assist Revenue Manager with reporting, validating pick-up, forecast and pricing strategy to enhance top-line revenue and market share.
- May be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- **Education and Experience**_
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous hotel experience required.
- Previous Reservations/Group Housing/Room controller experience is an asset.
- Experience with Marriott Systems including MARSHA, GXP, CI/TY, PMS is a definite asset.
- Advanced in Excel is required, other BI tool experience is an asset.
- **Skills and Complexity**_
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) is an asset.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, “can-do” attitude towards staff and customers
