**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Principal who will demonstrate strong leadership, drive student achievement, lead professional learning communities, and have proven experience managing educators, including hiring and daily staff operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and communicate a clear vision and mission aligned with the school’s values
- Implement Childcare Licensing Regulations to ensure that all aspects of the facility meet regulatory standards
- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of incident reports, exemption and retention documentation to maintain compliance with all childcare regulations
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality teaching and learning
- Lead and manage all aspects of school operations, including staffing, hiring, and day-to-day team management
- Manage and coordinate the facility’s daily operations and administration to ensure accurate documentation of student records, incident reports, and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, resource management, and facility maintenance
- Act as a role model, demonstrating personal leadership and effective leadership practices
- Organize and conduct staff meetings during professional development days
- Provide guidance and accurate information to internal and external parties
- Maintain open communication to ensure positive, professional relationships with parents, children, staff, and management
- Organize school events, and community programs, including festivals, and community events
- Maintain and regularly update the organization’s social media platforms
- Manage school tours, school inquiries, student registration, and enrolment processes
- Verify and process payroll timesheets accurately and on schedule
- Update and process monthly tuition fees accurately and on schedule
- Update and submit the monthly enrollment reports, including ACCB and WE, accurately and on time
- Monitor classroom budgets and process reimbursements accurately and on schedule
- Manage and authorize supply purchases for the facility
- Oversee and monitor the facility’s daily income and expenditures
- Assist with accounting inquiries and provide accurate, timely support as required
- Oversee kitchen operations and update the monthly menu to ensure the provision of nutritious meals
- Complete the tasks assigned by the owner

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
