We’re an **award-winning, eco-conscious salon** with two vibrant locations on Vancouver’s North Shore—**Lynn Valley and Lonsdale**—and we’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and team-oriented to be the heart of our front desk.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the **first point of contact**—greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
- Manage bookings, calls, and guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Support stylists and the team by keeping operations running smoothly
- Help ensure every guest leaves with a smile
- Keep our space organized, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards

What We’re Looking For:

- **1+ year** of experience in a concierge or front desk role (preferably in hospitality or salon/spa)
- Strong communication skills—both in-person and on the phone
- Ability to **multitask**, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure
- Available **Fridays, weekends**, and at least **3 days/week** (including **mornings and evenings**)
- A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, guest-first environment
