**Job Summary**

As the Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping and delivering all complete orders in a timely manner and ensuring productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Customer Service to determine shipping priorities, assign work to the department based on delivery requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with 3rd party freight providers to schedule runs in the most cost-efficient and time-saving manner possible.
- Develop plans to ensure annual KPI objectives are achieved for safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Checks to ensure that proper methods and procedures are being used and that quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Supervise all staff involved with shipping and ensure all shipping KPIs are met daily.
- Provide daily feedback to workers on performance and conduct performance reviews with direct reports
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as required
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years of related experience in a shipping department. Experience in a VNA warehouse environment is preferred.
- Experience managing 3rd-party logistics providers.
- Focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality of shipping operation
- Ability to work well in a team environment, and on your own.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Good problem solver and fast learner.
- Team-focused and committed to maintaining positive work culture.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
