Shipping Logistic Clerk

Seven Continents is looking for a responsible, organized, and safety-conscious Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, the Shipper will be responsible for ensuring all requirements are met to enable successful, on-time delivery of shipments.

Located near 401/Keele, we are accessible by car with ample parking or by TTC (nearest station is Wilson subway station).

**Hours are 9:30AM - 6:00PM, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare and print all documents required per shipment
- Contact carriers to schedule shipment pick-ups
- Contact clients to schedule delivery appointments
- Track and report deliveries
- Process and ship orders using FedEx and other courier software as required
- Provide copies of all shipping documents of all shipments to Accounting immediately after the shipment has been picked up
- Ensure all cartons / Pallets are labeled with required side markings per client
- Work alongside the Production Manager / Packaging Supervisor to ensure all shipments are securely packaged
- Track and notify all incoming shipments as required
- Provide shipping estimates as requested
- Work with Purchasing to consolidate shipments in-coming from Asia

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in warehouse activities
- Ability to use a computer - Excel, Outlook, shipping software (training provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
