Mister John Auto Collision Ltd. is looking for an experienced, full-time Collision Estimator to join our busy team. We are looking for a dependable, professional and committed team player who has a passion for vehicles and for delivering a superior client experience.

**What You Will be Expected to do**:

- Examine damaged and disassembled vehicles and prepare and write estimates according to OEM procedures;
- Follow insurance guidelines to maximize profits;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Research and coordinate parts ordering with existing and new vendors;
- Coordinate sublets for repairs;
- Execute work orders for production;
- Review work in progress and liaise with the customers on status of repairs;
- Follow up with insurance companies for claims related correspondence;
- Consult with Collision Repair Manager to establish target delivery dates;
- Assist with workshop flow and estimated cycle time for completion of repairs;
- Complete invoicing totals for customers;
- Maintain accurate information and documentation on file;
**What you bring to the Team**:

- 4+ years’ experience in automotive estimating;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment;
- Ability to multi-task, and support management team;
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, technicians and insurance adjusters;
- Strong command of the English language coupled with effective listening and writing skills;
- Punctual, dependable, team player attitude;
- Passion to deliver and exceed customer expectations to deliver the best client experience;
