CSN Elite Body Shop is seeking a full-time Collision Repair Planner / Estimator.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking to add an experienced repair planner/estimator to support and be supported by our administrative team. Working cohesively with the front office, production, and procurement (parts) departments to ensure that vehicles are repaired safely, correctly, and efficiently.

By maintaining an appropriate ratio of admin staff to technicians we ensure that staff aren’t stretched too thin or stressed from working across multiple departments. People are at their best when they can focus on the task at hand, and we have built our team to support this idea.

**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibilities will include**:

- Identify and document all damages requiring repair or replacement.
- Create estimates and repair plans for client vehicles per OEM repair procedures and insurer guidelines.
- Coordinate with Insurers, clients, and internal departments (parts, production, etc).
- Communicate with insurers to submit claims and billing.
- Maintain clean paperwork and documentation for efficiently closing of files.

**Requirements**:

- Automotive knowledge and estimating experience.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, repair procedures and requirements
- Proficient in industry-standard Estimating Software
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities.

**Location**:
CSN Elite Xpress is based in North Vancouver next to the North Shore Auto Mall. Minutes from the SeaBus and the Lionsgate Bridge, our location is easily accessible by car, public transit, and other modes of transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
