We are on the lookout for an **Account Manager** to join our highly collaborative team of professional marketers. In this client-facing project management role, you will be at the forefront of creative development, including copywriting and creative conceptualization. You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of diverse marketing projects, including website design, video production, and the creation of both print and digital media communications. Your deep understanding of marketing principles will help Effective Edge Communications develop innovative strategies that elevate our clients’ brands and deliver outstanding results.

**What You Bring**:
**Educational Background**:Completion of a university or college degree/diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or a related field.

**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with agency experience being a notable advantage. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies.

**Marketing Knowledge**:Strong understanding of marketing principles and business administration, with a solid grasp of both digital and traditional media channels.

**Creative and Technical Skills**:Knowledge of graphic design, video development, and website UI design, with the ability to work closely with an Art Director and our creative team to bring concepts to life.

**Interpersonal Communication**:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both internal teams and our clients.

**Project Management**:Ability to interpret general objectives and concept plans, and transform them into detailed briefs for the creative team. Demonstrated skills in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

**Judgment and Integrity**:Strong sense of reasoning, judgment, and integrity in decision-making and client interactions.

**Continuous Learning**:Invested interest in continued learning and professional development, contributing to a culture of improvement, innovation, and excellence.

**Self-Motivation and Organization**: Self-starter with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Qualifications/Experience that will make you stand out**:

- Marketing agency experience
- Copywriting experience (creative copy, technical copy, video scripts)
- Interest/background/knowledge of manufacturing, heavy equipment and agriculture industries
- Experience in website development/UI design

**Additional information**:
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week on site at our St. Jacobs, ON office, typically from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. While infrequent overtime may be necessary, flexible hours are available as needed.

Occasionally, you may need to attend video/photo shoots, which may involve exposure to outdoor conditions such as snow, rain, or heat. Safety footwear is required at certain locations, and safety goggles (including tinted welding-safe goggles) will be provided when necessary.
