**Wage**: from $35 to $42 per hour (based on experience)

**Employment Requirements**:

- **Education and Qualifications**: The applicant is required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business/Commerce related field.
- **Work Experience**: At least 2 years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist for a commercial store. As a Marketing Specialist, you should have experience in developing and implementing marketing plans as well as evaluating business proposals for potential opportunities.

**Language requirements**: English.
- Assess characteristics of bakery products to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment
- Advise business owners on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
- Maintain a website and social media and presence. Develop strategies to increase their reach.
- Produce monthly reports on marketing activities, strategies and results.
- Managing customer reviews and testimonials on the website and social media platforms regularly
- Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives and policies of businesses, governments and other organizations
- Conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns customers
- Conduct research on consumers, competitors and the marketplace to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials to promote the business and it’s goods.

**Salary**: $35.00-$42.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
