**Job Overview**
The Board of Directors provides leadership and strategic guidance to the Chamber. As a volunteer Director, you will help steer the organization toward its goals, ensuring effective governance and meaningful community impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a commitment to the local community and the Chamber’s mission.
- Attend and actively contribute to board meetings and decision-making processes.
- Support process improvements to enhance the Chamber’s strategic and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and oversee key projects and initiatives to successful completion.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to advance local business opportunities.
- Review financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure fiscal responsibility.

**Experience**
- Leadership experience, ideally in a board or executive role.
- Strong business development and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
