The sales coordinator is a critical role in the overall success of the sales and operations team at Biyork. As the sales coordinator you will be at the center of assembling, reporting, and driving various functions across the business. Your strong interpersonal and analytical skills will help drive the business in a meaningful way. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. The position is a full-time role and located in our Markham head office.

The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the VP of Sales and the Sales Team to support day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Product catalog management
- Project management
- Sales and Marketing Reporting
- Monthly forecast report and analysis
- Product SKU analysis
- Inventory analysis
- Marketing Support
- Rebate Management
- Monthly Sales reports
- Sales Meeting Coordination
- Working with Marketing on tradeshows and customer events
- Display Orders - Manage database
- Sales Support for all regions
- National Account Support
- HD & Rona Commerce Hub Update (new item, inventory check, pricing)

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail; Reliable with patience and professionalism
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work to meet strict deadlines.
- Tech Savvy with proven MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of office equipment.
- An administration diploma or equivalent is required
