**Sales Coordinator & Front Desk Assistant**
**Location**: WD Swim Markham - 66 Bullock Drive, Unit 5, Markham, ON

Are you passionate about helping families, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring positive energy to every task? **WD Swim Markham** is hiring a **Front Desk Administrative & Sales Assistant** to support our daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and driven by service and results.

**Position Overview**

As the first point of contact for students and parents, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, assisting with student enrollment, and supporting administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**
- Greet students and families warmly to create a welcoming experience
- Handle in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism
- Support check-ins, trial bookings, and swim school tours
- Communicate updates on class schedules, policies, and events
- Process retail and beverage sales through our POS system
- Respond to concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach

**Sales & Enrollment Support**
- Introduce swim programs to prospective families
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Explain levels, schedules, and pricing clearly and accurately
- Assist with account creation, billing, and scheduling updates
- Help achieve weekly and monthly registration goals

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Sales-oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and internal systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)

**Availability**
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred
- Both part-time and full-time positions are available

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
