**Job Duties: This position is crucial to the advancement and development of our bakery and kitchen. Our vision at Local Source has always been to grow and this position will aid in doing so.**
**Job duties include but are not limited to;**
- preparing pie dough and packaging of prepared foods
- prep cook duties, such as chopping veggies, and packaging
- cleaning duties such as end of day clean up, ongoing dish cleaning, fridge rotation, mopping floors, deep cleaning duties as required
- cooking for our prepared foods program, soups, hummus, cottage pies, lasagnas, chicken pot pies, stocks etc.
- ordering with managers to ensure you are ready to work for the week and have all supplies needed
- taking inventory
- make quick decisions
- be able to follow tried & tested recipes
- communicate with supervisors and/or management team
- cook using seasonal veggies & fruit
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.75 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
