**Description de Poste - Assistant(e) Administratif(ve)/Contrôleur(euse)**

Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) expérimenté(e) dans le secteur immobilier pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre agence immobilière et des services qu'elle offre à nos courtiers et clients.

**Responsabilités**:
**- **Répondre aux appels téléphoniques du bureau et diriger les appels vers la personne ou le courtier approprié
- Envoyer des messages texte à nos courtiers en utilisant _Immocontact_ (système interne)
- Vérifier et contrôler les documents de transaction des courtiers dans _EZMAX_ (système interne)
- Facturer les commissions aux agences collaboratrices
- Effectuer les paiements des commissions des courtiers et des factures des fournisseurs
- Assister les courtiers avec leurs besoins technologiques et diverses tâches selon les besoins
- Vérifier et contrôler les fournitures de bureau
- Gérer les comptes de réseaux sociaux du bureau

**Qualifications**:
**- **Expérience préalable dans le secteur immobilier est un atout
- Connaissance des logiciels _EZMAX, Immocontact_, et _Microsoft Office_
- Connaissance de base de la gestion des plateformes de réseaux sociaux
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
- Diplôme de secondaire ou équivalent requis

We are looking for a motivated experienced real estate administrative assistant/controller to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate agency and the services it offers to our brokers and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the office phone and directing the calls to the appropriate person/broker
- Sending text messages to our brokers using _immocontact_ (internal system)
- Verification and control of the broker transaction documents in EZMAX (internal system)
- Invoicing of commissions to collaborating agencies
- Payments of broker commissions and supplier invoices
- Assisting brokers with technology needs and various tasks as required
- Verifying and control of office supplies
- Managing the office social media accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of _EZMAX, Immocontact_, and _Microsoft_ office software
- Basic knowledge of managing social media platforms
- Ability to communicate efficiently in both French and English (oral and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
