**About the Role**

In this newly created role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and play an integral part of enabling, maintaining and providing information on sales / revenue activities that support performance and process improvement.

The Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams to help provide key data and insights to ultimately help leadership make strategic decisions.

You will also identify opportunities and incorporate new streamlined processes, create automated and real-time reports and processes, create a systematic flow of information to other departments, implement quality assurance practices, gain buy-in and train cross-functional teams how to utilize new and improved processes, and document these SOPs into a playbook that will be used to scale growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Take ownership of the Salesforce data and ensure quality data sets within Salesforce and other business management systems to enhance workflow and time to delivery
- Evaluate, make recommendations, and implement process improvements to support delivery of goals for Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams
- Create real-time and automated reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other business management systems
- Document standard operating procedures into a playbook that will be used for scaling growth
- Initiate and lead the integration of data between Salesforce, Netsuite and Zendesk.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the organization to ensure clear communications with stakeholders and internal customers
- Analyze data sets to recommend and drive continual process improvements and long-term planning
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**What You’ll Bring With You**
- Undergraduate degree in business management, operations, finance, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience involving analysis
- 3+ years of SaaS revenue operations experience, especially in strategic planning, consulting, and/or project management in B2B, SaaS or hospitality industry
- Critical thinker with the ability to make and champion process improvements
- Experience creating and maintaining live reports and dashboards
- Experience integrating technology & disparate systems
- Expert level pProficiency with Salesforce CRM. Experience integrating data between Salesforce, NetSuite and or Zendesk is also preferred.
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
