**Who we are looking for**:
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a key liaison between the Information Technology department, dealerships, and various business units within the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional who can understand the business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that IT strategy aligns with overall organizational objectives. The IT BRM will play a crucial role in driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a collaborative relationship between IT and business teams.

**What you will do**
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and IT needs.
- Ensure successful delivery of IT solutions, meeting business requirements and deadlines, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate IT initiatives, updates, and project statuses in a clear and understandable manner.
- Work closely with the IT service delivery teams to ensure services meet business expectations.
- Advocate for IT and business needs within the organization and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for efficiencies and the adoption of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and governance policies.
- Collaborate with business units on budget planning for IT projects.
- Some travel may be involved.

**What you bring to the table**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT business relationship management or a related role
- In-depth understanding of IT principles, project management, and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset
- Familiarity with automotive operations considered an asset
