We have an exciting opportunity for a **Business and Client Relationship Manager **to join Empire Drywall Ltd, in Edmonton, AB. The Business and Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in fostering positive relationships between Empire Drywall and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position involves managing and developing client accounts, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional products or services. The Business and Client Relationship Manager is responsible for both maintaining existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand external business.

- **Job Overview**_
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Regularly assess client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their concerns or inquiries promptly. Keep clients informed of project timelines, updates, and any relevant information.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client portfolio, including expansion of drywall to paint & spray foam by conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the most effective products or services for the client. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products or services.
- Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking to expand the company's reach and build connections, including an active involvement in the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA).

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
