**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Bookkeeping** - Light accounting tasks and data entry
- **Document preparation**: Writing, typing, editing, and proofreading letters, invoices, presentations, signage and more
- **Filing**: Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
- **Office supplies**: Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- **Guest assistance**: Assisting in greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person/department
- **Policy updates**: Updating administrative policies and procedures manuals
- **Facility issues**: Solving and tracking issues with office equipment, facilities, and assets
- **Maintaining Customer area**: Ensuring visitor areas are kept clean and that they adhere to Alberni Auto Group standards

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office practices is highly valued.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $18.22-$22.00 per hour
