**Principales responsabilités** - Recueillir des informations et préparer des estimations pour l'équipe de vente. - Préparer les estimations et les contrats relatifs à l'installation et au démontage. - Facturer les clients après la vente - Soumission de demandes internes et externes pour obtenir des services et des produits - Organisation et coordination de services d'installation et de démontage (I & D), parfois clés en main, pour des clients exposant dans le monde entier. - Un certain degré de flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail est requis - Passer de commandes de pièces et d'éléments de conception de nos fournisseurs - Planifier et organiser la production, y compris le transport et la logistique. - Échanger efficacement les informations/exigences relatives aux projets avec les clients, le service clientèle de Skyline, les centres de service locaux de Skyline et les services internes par le biais de courriels, de formulaires électroniques, du téléphone ou en personne. - Être le principal responsable "propriétaire" de chaque projet et assurer la livraison et l'installation complètes. **Exigences et qualifications** - Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente - La connaissance des salons professionnels serait un atout important. - Bilingue - verbales et écrites - Souci du détail et sens aigu de l'organisation - Capacité à travailler sous pression dans des délais serrés et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois. - Capacité à respecter les délais avec une attitude positive - Doit être capable de reconnaître et de résoudre des problèmes potentiels, de recueillir et d'analyser des informations. - Soucieux du service à la clientèle - Capacité à communiquer à tous les niveaux avec les ressources internes et externes du projet, les clients et l'équipe de direction. - Désir sincère d'apprendre et de s'améliorer pour soutenir l'entreprise et l'équipe dans son ensemble. - La connaissance des salons professionnels serait un atout important. - Doit être autorisé à voyager aux États-Unis et à l'étranger. **Environnement de travail** Chez Skyline Entourage, nous partageons un ensemble de valeurs fondamentales avec une équipe dynamique qui soutient toutes nos initiatives et nous permet de favoriser une culture unique et conviviale. Nous offrons aux employés un environnement de travail hybride et flexible. **Key Responsibilities** - Gathering information and preparing estimates for sales team - Preparing installation & dismantle related estimates and contracts - Invoicing clients post-sale - Submitting internal and external requisitions to obtain services and products (DO/SO) - Organization and coordination of installation and dismantling (I & D) services, sometimes turnkey, for clients exhibiting worldwide. Some degree of flexibility regarding work hours is required - Placing orders for parts and pieces of designs - Scheduling and organizing production, including freight and logistics - Be the main responsible ‘owner’ of each project and ensure complete delivery and installation **Requirements & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Knowledge of tradeshows would be a strong asset - Bilingual - proven interpersonal, verbal, and written skills - Detail-oriented along and strong organizational skills - Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and is able to multitask - Ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude - Must be capable to recognize & solve potential problems, gather & analyze information - Customer service driven - Able to communicate on all levels with project internal and external resources, clients, and management team - Keen desire to learn and improve in support of the overall company and team - Knowledge of tradeshows would be a strong asset - Must be permitted to travel to the U.S. and abroad **Work Environment** At Skyline Entourage, we share a set of core values with a dynamic team that supports all our initiatives and allows us to foster a unique and friendly culture.
