The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for building and development of projects of varying size and complexity.

Job
**Responsibilities**:
Assist Project Managers with project initiation, execution, reporting, and completion, as needed by project managers.
Create and maintain Project and Sales Order in SAP
Communicate with Project Manager questions or deviations in the Sales Order based on the Sales Quote.
Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
Plan, arrange and monitor all shipping arrangements through to fulfillment.
Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely manner.
Key user for issuing purchase orders for project materials
Facilitate all Travel logistics when required (Flights and accommodation)
Facilitate all Training logistics when required (HSE requirements)
Review and analyze costs on jobs and job margins.
Support of professional services processes and procedures
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to team members.
Invoice customers for periodic and final billing.
All other duties as assigned

Relationships
Reports directly to Manager - Professional Services, Canada
Directly works with Project Managers daily.

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities
Travel
Up to 10% may be required for this position
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Training**:
Bachelor’s degree in either Business/Finance/ Administration or equivalent
**Experience**:
Technically competent in SAP (ERP system)
At least two (2) years applicable industry and product experience.
Experience in complex matrix organizations/relationships, management experience preferred.
Above average time management skills to work in a fast paced dynamic organization.
Financial skills related to service projects.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
Bilingualism (French -English)
Ability to multi-task.
Effective communication skills including, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Flexible during time of change.
Skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Comfortable working in a technology rich environment.
Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service / customer satisfaction capabilities.
Willingness to actively engage in problem solving opportunities.
Essential Physical Job Functions and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand.

The employee may be occasionally required to lift up to 20-50 lbs.
