Weston Transport is a dedicated transportation company providing reliable and efficient delivery solutions for clients in the construction and manufacturing industries. Operating out of Fort Macleod, AB, Weston Transport ensures the safe and timely transport of goods primarily across Alberta, with occasional jobs in Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the following role:
**Role: Class 1 Driver - Truck Driver**

**Job Type**: Full-time Permanent
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip inspections on trucks, trailers, and loads, reporting any issues promptly.
- Operate trucks and delivery equipment in a safe, professional manner, ensuring adherence to company safety standards.
- Deliver goods to designated locations, including drop sites and customer yards, and unload products as required.
- Verify that correct products are delivered to each destination.
- Perform weekly cleaning of the truck and trailer.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with office staff, logistics teams, and clients.
- Collaborate with other drivers and team members to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Requirements**
- Valid Class 1 License with a clean 3-year commercial abstract (dated within 30 days prior to the interview).
- Telehandler Ticket (training provided if required).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to sit for extended periods (8-13-hour shifts).
- Availability for overnight trips as needed.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively, as well as stoop, bend, and stretch frequently.
- CSA-approved work boots are **REQUIRED** for all job duties.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
