- Minimum 5 years Class 1 driving experience.
- 2 years deck work experience.

- Excellent ability in backing up in tight places
- Alertness to risks and awareness to prevent accidents and adverse events.
- Pay proper attention to load securement
- Maintain professional driving habits at all times.
- WHMIS required.
- Grade twelve (12) Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Ability to speak, read and write English is required
- Criminal background check is required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Summary**

As a Class 1 City Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods within the city while adhering to all traffic regulations. This role requires a valid Class 1 License and a high school diploma or GED. Your core skills in commercial driving will be essential, along with premium skills in load securement. **Responsibilities**
- Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently within the city limits.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Safely Load and unload freight.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist with basic maintenance as needed.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
