Clean Harbors Fort McMurray, AB is looking for Class 1 Drivers & Operators to join their safety conscious team You will be responsible for safely operating, driving, and maintaining various industrial services equipment but not limited to High Pressure, or Super B Units. Health and Safety is our #1 priority and We Live It 3-6-5 Competitive wages for this permanent full-time position Camp accommodations provided and radial travel allowance reimbursement available; Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment; Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career; Positive and safe work environments RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; Attends daily safety meetings and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner; Drives, operates and stages various units (i.e. High Pressure, or Super B Units); Performs pre and post trip inspections including maintenance of equipment and general repairs; Communicates with dispatcher Works in confined spaces such as vessels and tanks and may transport hazardous goods; Works as part of a team with Customer, Co-workers & Supervisors.   QUALIFICATIONS Class 1 Driver’s license required; with the ability to operate a manual transmission up to 18 speeds; Minimum of one (1) year driving and operating the following units:  High Pressure and Super B. Experience with hydrovac and combo units an asset  Ability to work under minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment; Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended period of time. 40-years of sustainability in action.
