**Job Summary**
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends. You will leverage Salesforce to track account performance and ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

**Duties**
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business development opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service enhancements, and other relevant information.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and account management processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
