What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Assist in B2B sales pricing inquiries and IRR modeling in Excel.
- Assisting and coordinating all back-office sales support.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing inquires and concerns through CMS and SAP processes.
- Audit and review customer bills through bill print provider.
- Set up new accounts in SAP and replace existing ones.
- Investigate and resolve exception handling (BPEMs) within SAP and resolving reconciliation of billing discrepancies.
- Create service workorders within FSM/IFS
- Offer analytical reporting and support as requested by Management, utilizing Excel and extracting data from SAP and FSM/IFS.
- Handle administrative tasks like filing reports, scheduling appointments, and correspondence.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Ensure billing accuracy and completeness of essential information

What do you bring?

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field, accompanied by 3+ years of practical involvement in business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates adept interpersonal skills thriving in both collaborative and independent work settings.
- Display excellent organizational and time management proficiencies.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion.
- Ability to generate, analyze, interpret, and communicate your findings to internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritise.
