BrokerTeam Insurance Solutions Inc. is seeking entrepreneurial minded sales associates to join our team. Independent, sales-driven professionals will be given the support and structure to grow and take their careers to the next level.

**Job Summary**
- Generate new business
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and exceptional customer service
- Interact with insurance companies in a professional and timely manner
- RIBO Level 1 license holder
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Good Communicator
- Effective time management skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Insurance sales experience is a plus but not required

**Salary**
- This is a commission based position with additional bonus (if reached)
- Competitive compensation to be discussed
