We are currently hiring Account Managers/CSR

**What we are looking for**:

- RIBO Licensed or in the process of getting.
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance industry
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients, explain coverages, benefits, and claim procedures
- Enter and maintain information for new clients, or make changes as required
- Make changes to client’s policies, coverages, and remarket policies that better suit the client’s needs
- Responsible to maintain their assigned portfolios with healthy growth of business with in-house leads and referrals
- Able to handle new tasks and projects as needed.
- Regular hours from Monday to Friday only.
