**Salary**: $24.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

**What is the opportunity?**

To join our team in the position of Accounts Payable. You will be the main point of contact for all accounts payables. Our Accounts Payable specialist is a key element of the smooth operations of our business.

**What will you do?**
- Enter A/P invoices, verify and post to A/P module.
- Obtain approval for invoice payments and processing.
- File and maintain all documents.
- Research & Resolve Invoice Discrepancies & Issues.
- Correspond with Vendors.
- Process all authorized invoices
- Answer questions regarding the payable accounts while being a strong liaison with vendors.
- Process credits.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new programs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with E-Commerce Portals.
- Accounts Payable experience and education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
