**Description**:

- Reporting to the Coordinator of Professional Services and working closely with the Special Education Technicians, the Access Exam Centre invigilator supervises evaluations while enforcing College regulations, and provides an environment which will allow each student to perform to the best of their abilities on their exam.

More specifically, the Invigilator:

- Supervises evaluations taking place in the Access Exam centre;
- Provides students with tools, i.e. a dictionary or calculator, as allowed by their teacher and defined by their Individualized Education Plan;
- Troubleshoots minor technological issues;
- Ensures that there are no distractions or disruptions in the area where students are writing their exams;
- Ensures student behavior is in line with exam protocols;
- Reports incidents and/or academic misconduct during exams to the Special Education Technicians;
- Tidies the exam space and prepares it for the next student and day;
- Performs other related duties.

Schedule: Temporary and on-call. Monday to Friday, part-time hours in between 8:00am and 6:00 pm
Classification: Administrative Support Agent, Class II**Requirements**:

- Qualifications:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in an appropriate specialty or secondary school diploma (DES) or a diploma or an attestation which is recognized by the competent authority.

Conditions related to the specific position:

- At least one (1) year of pertinent experience (an asset);
- Excellent Customer services skills;
- Availability between September and December, and between January and May;
- Reliability and punctuality;
- Good English written and oral communication skills (may be tested);
- Good French written and oral communication skills (may be tested);
- Basic Word and Excel (may be tested).
