**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Update and maintain the project schedule.
- Maintain shop inventory and coordinate shipping/receiving.
- Complete prequalification packages for job bids.
- Coordinate timesheets and production report submissions between field staff and head office.
- Coordinate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Read and interpret blue prints to ensure project accuracy.
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
- Experience with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as AutoCad and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project coordination and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
