**Key Responsibilities**

**Reception & Administrative Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage executive calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area organization and professional appearance
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
- Provide general administrative support to Executive Team
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships

**Social Media Management**
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotional content
- Stay current with social media trends and platform updates
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
- Schedule posts using social media management tools
- Engage with followers and build online community presence

**Required Qualifications**
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in administrative support and reception duties
- **Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Professional document creation and formatting in Word
- Presentation design and delivery using PowerPoint
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for business purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Discretion when handling confidential information

**Preferred Qualifications**
