Multidisciplinary Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic – Caledon East, ON

Our established, community-focused multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic in Caledon East is seeking a part-time Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our warm and supportive team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, creative, and passionate about health and wellness. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while contributing to our online presence and growth.

Job Type

  • Part-time
  • 20–30 hours per week

Work Schedule

Shifts will fall within the following clinic hours and may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays:

  • Monday: 6:30am – 6:30pm
  • Tuesday: 6:30am – 7:00pm
  • Wednesday: 6:00am – 8:30pm
  • Thursday: 6:30am – 6:30pm
  • Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Perform administrative and front-desk duties (billing, paperwork, filing, data entry)
  • Support chiropractors and the clinical team as needed
  • Manage and contribute to social media content and basic marketing initiatives
  • Can create office signage using programs like Canva and Adobe
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
  • Communicate professionally with patients, team members, and external contacts

  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers, software systems, and technology
  • Creative with an interest or experience in social media
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to contribute ideas
  • Passion for health, wellness, and movement
  • Experience in a chiropractic or healthcare office is a strong asset
