**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing questions and providing information as needed regarding vehicle repairs
- Maintain the front desk area by keeping it tidy and organized.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Proficient in organizational tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge about vehicles is beneficial, but not required

Pay: From $17.38 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Punjabi (preferred)
