**About Acorn Waste Service**:
Acorn Waste Service is a full-service waste collection company with a diverse fleet of collection vehicles serving several communities in Guelph and Waterloo Region.

We have a part-time/permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. This is a newly developed position for a fast-growing company.

**Hours**

Mon-Thurs, 9:00am - 12:00noon, flexible

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotations and invoices for on-demand services in a timely manner
- Schedule on-demand service requests
- Provide support/backup to the Office Manager
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Ability to take initiative and work with little supervision
- Proficient in computer software: Excel, Word, Quickbooks

**Qualifications**

Post-secondary education

Two years prior office administration experience

Prior experience using accounting software, Eg. QuickBooks

**Resume required**

**Pay rate**:$19/hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
