This role is ideally suited for individuals with a keen interest in the HVAC industry, whether you bring experience or a strong willingness to learn and grow in this field.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition: Actively search for new clients and business opportunities. Focus on securing installation projects from residential clients and annual maintenance contracts from commercial entities.
- Knowledge and Training: Stay informed and up-to-date on the HVAC industry to recommend the best solutions to potential customers effectively.
- Quotation and Sales Closure: Handle inbound calls for installation, repair, and maintenance quotes. Visit prospects to take necessary measurements for quotes and identify further business opportunities.
- Follow-up: Provide detailed quotes to prospects and ensure diligent follow-up to close the sales cycle.
- Administrative Duties: Perform necessary administrative tasks to process new deals and communicate with the operations team for implementation.
- Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Commercial Engagement: Proactively seek out commercial contracts on-site, leveraging both warm leads and exploring door-to-door sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Understand and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to the role's success.
**What We Ask**:
- Experience about the HVAC industry.
- Proven ability to prospect, quote, negotiate, and close new business from both warm leads, through cold calling and door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing customer relationships.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to navigate the Metro Vancouver Regional District for client visits.
- High degree of self-motivation and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

This role offers a base salary PLUS commission on sales, rewarding your dedication and success in expanding our clientele and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
