1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.- Hiring Immediately for our March 17th Training Class
- Full-Time. Work 5 days on & 2 days off
- Availability to work shifts anytime between 12pm and 11pm, Mon-Sun PST ( 1pm and 12am, Mon-Sun MDT.)
- Earn $16.50/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month)

- Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute

A Day in the Life:

- Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world class experience for our Australian customers
- You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- All new agents must be available to start on March 17th
- You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
- After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and gro

What You Bring to the Table:

- You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
- Availability to start on March 17th, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM PST/ 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MDT
- Following training, availability to work anytime between 12pm and 11pm, Mon-Sun PST ( 1pm and 12am, Mon-Sun MDT.)
- A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
