**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a key role in our finance team, reporting directly to our Controller. This position offers some flexibility and an opportunity to grow your accounting expertise while working alongside a senior accountant. Whether you're looking to expand your skills or seeking a role with a balance of work and personal life, this position offers great potential

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience**:

- A passion for accuracy and an eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
- A solid work ethic, personal integrity, and professional customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP Business One (or similar accounting software)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process accounts payable invoices, including coding and posting
- Prepare and manage cheque and deposit processing
- Maintain accounts receivable (AR) and collect outstanding balances
- Organize and maintain financial filing systems
- Prepare internal financial reports as required
- Generate weekly sales performance and GAP analysis reports
- Analyze order history to identify sales opportunities
- Ensure financial record-keeping with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Liaise and coordinate promotional schedules with the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities based on sales report analysis
- Ad hoc projects and coverage for other team members

**COMPENSATION**
- **Hourly Wage**: $26.00-$28.00
- **Benefits**: Company-paid extended medical benefits (after 3 months)

**APPLICATION PROCESS**

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
