- Maintain ClickUp dashboards for deliverables and deadlines.
- Track KPI deliverables and follow-ups across the team.

**2.Managing Billing Operations and Client Engagement**
- Send out monthly Xero invoices and reminders.
- Handle PAD setups via Plooto and PandaDoc engagement letters.
- Identify billing hike opportunities based on established criteria.
- Develop a standardized system to track billing increase opportunities and results

**3.Conducting Research and Process Implementation**
