We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting into the Product & Pricing group, this position supports product management functions for First West Credit Union. This includes product operations, product compliance, team administration and coordination. This role is also supporting the Product & Pricing team as it relates to planning and executing promotional activities.

**Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day**

**Accountabilities**
- Product Operations & Administration:
- Member facing team support - assist with Product Team inbox inquiries - inquiries on product features or campaign details; Assist with Yammer page questions and content
- Rate changes - validate regional website rate pages and mobile apps and marketing intake forms as required (including rate change/disclosure statement updates/ historical rate returns)
- Notify Central1 rate changes as applicable
- Savings Maximizer Account
- Monthly Competitive Market scan
- portfolio balance reporting
- Rate changes - product brochure updates and distribution
- winwin® term deposit
- rate change support including changes to underlying basket of securities
- Hub updates: new series updates and series/maturities announcements
- Reporting - secondary research report administration (Central1/CCUA/research/broker reports)
- Product Compliance & risk management- FCAC portal updates retail rate changes (demand accounts, overdraft protection)
- Document maintenance: agreements, forms and adherence to applicable regulations
- Product and Pricing Subcommittee recording secretary
- Review of marketing materials when requested by the Marketing Team (trademarks/disclosure statements)
- Ongoing Service Fee Review as needed (i.e., due to changes by Third Parties)
- Support 3rd Party product complaints and escalations (Collabria, Fiserv, ADP, CUMIS, ClickSWITCH)
- Team administration/coordination- Organizes and manages team meetings/events
- Supports with expense reporting and other administration

**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Certificate (1 year or less) required
- College, Trade or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred
- 2-3 years experience in administrative support role experience required
- Experience in the financial services industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong communications skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people
- Prove ability to organize and manage workload effectively
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Proven understanding of technical and business vocabulary
- Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
